The Cobby Car
These pages are about the rebuild of a former Queensland Railways Fairmont ST-2 from 42" to 24".
The work was undertaken in Adelaide by Dean Adamson. The car belongs to Cobdogla Steam Friends, in the Riverland area of South Australia. My role was advisory, and assisting with parts and technical data. I picked up many handy tips and hints from Dean, who is a fitter by trade.
