QR Motor Quad

This little beauty was found at the Rosewood Museum.

Not quite in running order, but certainly complete. Markings suggest it is from Ipswich.

There is a drawing within the SAR archives that is similar to this unit. Undoubtedly the various railways would have swapped drawings.

Others have also thought this, and believe that the car in question is based on the SAR design!
