I ain't claiming ownership of this, the photo was given to me by Ron Dunn. DE08 at the quarry. This was used to build the big bank upon which the section car in the relevant photo sits!

When I last saw this section it was chockers with nasty prickly bushes!


Somewhere in the Uley Basin. Andy kindly did a run past!


DE02 was occasionally started up and taken for a bit of a bash along the section of track that ran along the edge of Proper Bay. The intent was to keep the air brake systems moving, and grease rolling in the bogies.

DE02 wore this livery all her life. Her sisters wore the BHP Bucket (watermarked onto these pages) and the BHP map of Australia.
